Financial Due Diligence

Financial Due Diligence is the detailed financial analysis that provides a conclusion regarding the current state of the enterprise that is being evaluated, and its ability to generate profit in the near future.

During the Due Diligence process an analysis of the following is conducted: the structure of the enterprise’s assets and liabilities, its revenue and expenses, receivables and accounts payable, bank loans, its system of financial control and planning, the comprehensiveness of operational information and the quality of reporting.

Due Diligence reveals the unusual and uncharacteristic operations of the business, analyzes the intragroup turnover and its impact onto the financial results of the company’s operations. Special attention is being paid during the Due Diligence process to the analysis of the cash flow and the liquidity of current operations, as well as factors that may increase or decrease it in the short-term perspective.
